The primary bench mark is a metal rod set S-East of the Jacksonville Rudder Club pool, 114.0 ft. SSW of the approximate center of the boat ramp, 39.5 ft. SE of the SE corner of the pool deck, 2.2 ft. north of the south face of the retaining wall, and 2.0 ft. west of the east face of the wall. The datum point is set 0.3 ft. below the level of the logo cap, being the top center of a stainless steel rod driven 23 ft. to refusal, encased in a 5 inch PVC pipe w/logo cap. |
